Please be advised that we have a minimum of 24 hours’ notice policy for any cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no shows”), will incur the full service charge.
We understand that delays can happen, and we will make every effort to accommodate your full service when possible. However, if you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to fit within the remaining scheduled time. Please note that the full service fee will still apply.
